About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our B2B Sales Team at IU Internationale Hochschule. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential business partners through various channels and platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the B2C Sales Team to create a seamless experience for clients and students
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales approaches
Requirements
  • Completed degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of success in a business-to-business environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, with experience of Salesforce a plus
