Director of Product Management for Plant Operations

As the Director of Product Management for Plant Operations, you will hold the comprehensive responsibility for the global profit and loss of the NEXEED IAS product area.
Your role encompasses defining and articulating the business and product vision, setting targets, and formulating strategies, which includes aspects of partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions (M&A).
You will also be tasked with establishing business models and pricing strategies, ensuring that market demands are represented and acting as the customer advocate within the organization.
A critical aspect of your position is to maintain a customer-centric approach in portfolio definition, utilizing user experience methodologies.
You will be responsible for creating and sustaining a product roadmap that aligns with both the organization's business objectives and customer requirements.
Lastly, you will lead product teams comprising over 150 professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience and Expertise: Demonstrated leadership in agile settings; extensive experience in product management within the manufacturing sector, particularly with software for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) such as SIEMENS Opcenter, ABB Ability, DELMIA Apriso, and GE Proficy.
- Personal Attributes and Work Style: Strong strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to translate ideas into actionable business plans; exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
