Key Responsibilities- Define and communicate the business and product vision, targets, and strategy, including partnering and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
- Develop and implement business models and pricing strategies that meet market needs and customer expectations.
- Represent market needs and act as a voice for the customer within the organization.
- Ensure customer-centricity in portfolio definition using user experience methods.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the organization's business goals and customer needs.
- Lead product teams of over 150 employees, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Education: Completed university studies in engineering, business administration, or a comparable field.
- Experience and Knowledge: Proven leadership experience in agile environments, with several years of professional experience in product management within the manufacturing industry, specifically with software for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Personality and Working Practice: Strategic thinking, excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to translate business plans into actions.
- Languages: Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
