Job Title: Service Reliability Engineer (m/f/d)
Role Overview
Amadeus is looking for a dedicated Service Reliability Engineer to join our DevOps & Platform Enablement Team. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our applications' availability while ensuring they operate in a stable and agile manner. Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to design reusable and fault-tolerant automation solutions.
- Assist in the architectural design of databases that support our business applications.
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving applications and facilitating their migration to cloud platforms.
- Lead the processes for incident resolution, leveraging automation and advanced tooling.
- Work autonomously on technical assignments while mentoring team members.
- Promote global collaboration and maintain open lines of communication within the team.
About You
- A university degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Significant experience in DevOps with a solid background in software development.
- Familiarity with Oracle Databases and Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Expertise in deploying CI/CD pipelines and utilizing cloud technologies.
- Experience with monitoring and logging systems such as Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in the airline industry is advantageous.
