We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team at Nexus. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and driving business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support via phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Support the finance department in accounts receivable management and other administrative tasks.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and processes.
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in sales assistance, preferably in a software company.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Office (Excel) and ERP systems.
- Good German language skills and English communication skills.
