About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team at Nexus. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and driving business growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and consulting, to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide quotes and tenders, as well as conduct evaluations and analyses.
  • Support the consulting team in processing service orders and creating trial software requests.
  • Optimize our ERP system and Power BI system to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the finance department in accounts receivable management.
Requirements
  • Commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional experience in sales assistance, preferably in a software company.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
  • Good German language skills and good English communication skills.
