Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team at Nexus. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and driving business growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and consulting, to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide quotes and tenders, as well as conduct evaluations and analyses.
- Support the consulting team in processing service orders and creating trial software requests.
- Optimize our ERP system and Power BI system to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the finance department in accounts receivable management.
- Commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification.
- Professional experience in sales assistance, preferably in a software company.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
- Good German language skills and good English communication skills.
