Responsibilities include:
Establishing and maintaining consultative, long-term relationships with key partners, consistently exceeding their expectations Onboarding and empowering new clients onto our platform with confidence Anticipating client needs and feedback, while communicating proactively with internal teams to resolve issues effectively Managing the growth and development of key accounts, overseeing renewals and upsells in collaboration with the Sales team Advocating for the benefits of partnering with us, and providing ongoing support to ensure partner success Handling the complete sales cycle from business development to contract closure and client supportYour Qualifications
Proven experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success Background in B2B, Tech, Startups, Consulting, VC, Insurance, or Cybersecurity Strong interest in the insurance and cybersecurity sectors, with a commitment to staying informed on industry trends Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for solving client challenges Self-motivated and proactive approach to work Eagerness to learn about the complete sales cycle Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in German; English is a plusThis role offers flexibility with remote working options across Germany. Eligibility to work within the EU is required.
