Lead Sales Engineer for EMEA Region

Position Overview:
As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with senior business and technology leaders at top-tier global organizations to support our Strategic Sales initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to offer expert guidance and technical support to prospective clients, ensuring they understand how our technology can be integrated into their business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technical executives at major corporations.
- Clearly communicate Aquant's unique value proposition and establish strong business and technical relationships.
- Develop and present tailored solutions and demonstrations that showcase how Aquant products can enhance business strategies and deliver value.
- Outline deployment strategies for Aquant within the prospective client's current and future architecture and workflows.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Aquant's product and operational architecture.
- Engage in discussions regarding information security and assess requirements with potential customers.
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales Data Science Leads to execute proof-of-concept and pilot projects.
- Provide feedback to Product Management and Product Marketing based on customer needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within Enterprise sales, consulting, or similar positions in a B2B environment.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards new challenges.
- Confidence in leading discussions with C-level executives at Fortune 100 companies.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Culturally aware and ethically grounded.
- Preferred experience with service technologies such as Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceMax, ServiceNow, SAP Service Cloud, Oracle Service, IFS, or similar platforms.
- A senior sales engineer with aspirations for leadership roles in sales engineering.
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Residency in Germany or the UK is required.
