About the Role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to spearhead our top-of-the-funnel activities in Europe. You will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by combining your strong communication skills with an ambitious, results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Managers to cultivate top-of-the-funnel prospects.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture inbound leads effectively.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies, including compelling call scripts, email correspondence, persuasive pitches, and other outreach materials.
  • Articulate Personetics' value propositions and differentiate our solutions in the market.
  • Maintain accurate data entry, tracking, and management within CRM systems like Salesforce and SalesLoft.
  • Conduct thorough market research, provide valuable feedback, and share your knowledge with the team.
  • Build and cultivate new business relationships with key decision-makers in the financial sector.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop territory plans that drive success.
  • Establish a clear and defined qualification process for potential clients.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of experience in B2B Business Development Representative (SDR) roles within the enterprise market.
  • Experience in finance, banking, or fintech is highly advantageous.
  • A proven track record of generating new business opportunities for enterprise customers.
  • High proficiency in both German and English.
  • An ambitious, results-oriented individual with a structured approach and a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills are essential.
