Aktuell suchen wir einen qualifizierten Senior Client Relationship Manager (w/m/d), um die Geschäftsentwicklung in Deutschland voranzutreiben.
Aufgaben:- Akquisition neuer Geschäftspartner sowie Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen im Vertriebsgebiet
- Hauptansprechpartner für Schlüsselkunden
- Verhandlung und Koordination von Verträgen
- Durchführung von Jahresgesprächen und Preisverhandlungen
- Verantwortung für Umsatz und Ergebnisse im zugewiesenen Gebiet
- Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsbedingungen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im medizinischen Sektor oder ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Außendienstvertrieb
- Umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich orthopädischer und unfallchirurgischer Produkte
- Starke Dienstleistungsorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Analysefähigkeiten
- Teamorientierung und Flexibilität
- Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
- Potenzial für Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten in der Unternehmensführung
