Product Development Project Leader

Position Overview:
As a key player in our Electric Automation division, you will oversee international product development initiatives. Your role will encompass the following responsibilities:
- Leading and managing product development projects on a global scale.
- Providing technical guidance to diverse project teams across various functions.
- Independently planning, executing, and monitoring project progress while managing associated risks.
- Collaborating with all relevant departments, including development, testing, and quality assurance.
- Proactively advancing projects by making informed decisions and implementing necessary actions to meet objectives.
Qualifications:
- A degree in economics, natural sciences, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading interdisciplinary teams, with international exposure being a plus.
- Solid background in project management methodologies and tools for evaluation and oversight.
- Proficient in IT applications such as SAP, MS Office, and MS Project; familiarity with Velocity is advantageous.
- Excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, customer-focused approach, and ability to work independently and systematically.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to persuade and resolve issues effectively.
