About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our business enablement team at Versatel GmbH. As the Head of Business Enablement and Development, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through the implementation of effective sales strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of trainers, process managers, and project managers to support and develop our sales team
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Implement and maintain sales processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales management and business development
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Fluency in German and English
