Project Manager for Hydropower Control Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead technical implementation projects based on Siemens and Rockwell control systems for the Voith Group.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop system concepts based on project tenders and customer-specific requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Manage technical and commercial clarification with customers and suppliers, fostering strong relationships and driving project success.
  • Oversee the management and implementation of hardware and software engineering throughout the project duration, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Create PLC programs and visualization solutions, leveraging expertise in control systems.
  • Plan communication and network systems, considering cyber security requirements and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure project compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality, and create and check technical documentation, maintaining accurate records.
Your Ideal Profile
  • Hold a degree in electrical engineering, automation, or information technology, with several years of experience in control systems, preferably with Siemens PCS7 and/or Rockwell Studio 0.
  • Be proficient in written and spoken German, with very good English skills; other foreign languages are an asset.
  • Be characterized by results orientation, analytical skills, teamwork, loyalty, and high commitment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Be willing to travel regularly and work on construction sites worldwide, adapting to diverse environments and cultures.
