About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team at Voith Group. As a key member of our hydropower control systems team, you will be responsible for managing the technical implementation of complex projects based on Siemens and Rockwell control systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement system concepts based on project tenders and customer-specific requirements.
  • Lead technical and commercial clarification with customers and suppliers.
  • Manage and implement hardware and software engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create PLC programs and visualization solutions.
  • Plan and implement communication and network systems, ensuring cyber security requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality standards, and create and check technical documentation.

About You

  • Hold a degree in electrical engineering, automation, or information technology, with several years of experience in control systems.
  • Have extensive experience with Siemens PCS7 and/or Rockwell Studio 0.
  • Be proficient in written and spoken German, with excellent English language skills; additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or French are an asset.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and teamwork skills, with a results-oriented approach and high level of commitment.
  • Be willing to travel regularly, potentially for extended periods, and work on construction sites worldwide.
