Your Role

We are looking for a skilled Commercial Project Manager to support our Group Division Hydro. As a Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for the offer and order processing of major international projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze tender, inquiry, and order conditions to ensure commercial viability.
  • Prepare and negotiate supply and consortium contracts to meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate legal, tax, transportation, financing, and insurance issues to minimize project risks.
  • Manage project-related risk, invoicing, and payment processing to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Act as the commercial contact person for external customers and internal project management teams.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in law, economics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Knowledge of contract and commercial management, preferably in EPC/EPCM projects, and understanding of current standards and regulations.
  • Professional experience in commercial offer processing or order processing, as well as experience in international projects in plant engineering.
  • Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, controlling, taxes, and insurance.
  • Experience with SAP modules SD and CO is an advantage.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken; additional language skills are desirable.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes (approximately 10%).
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, good personal work organization, initiative, and coordination skills.
