Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Lead to join our team at Voith Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading technical implementation of water power control projects using Siemens and Rockwell controllers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement system concepts based on project specifications and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with customers and suppliers to negotiate technical and commercial agreements.
  • Manage hardware and software engineering throughout project duration, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality compliance.
  • Design and develop PLC programs and visualization solutions.
  • Plan and implement communication and network systems, considering CyberSecurity requirements.
  • Prepare technical documentation and commissioning control systems globally.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Electrical, Automation, or Information Technology with extensive experience in control systems.
  • Expertise in Siemens PCS7 and/or Rockwell Studio 0.
  • Proficient in MS-Office applications.
  • Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical, team player, and result-oriented skills.
  • Ability to travel and work on construction sites worldwide.
