About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our team at Voith Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for the commercial processing of tenders and orders, including the review of tender, inquiry, and order conditions, as well as the preparation of commercial comments.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze tender, inquiry, and order conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare commercial comments and recommendations for senior management.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of tenders and orders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external customers and suppliers.
- Manage and coordinate commercial aspects of international projects, including risk management, invoicing, and payment processing.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Project Manager with a strong background in commercial offer processing and international project management. You should have a degree in economics or business administration, industrial engineering, law, or a comparable field, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of commercial processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in SAP SD and CO modules.
- Fluency in German and English, with additional language skills a plus.
