Job Title: Technical Director - Engineering Department
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director to lead our Engineering Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all technical aspects of our operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Engineering Department in the development and implementation of technical strategies and plans.
- Ensure that all technical equipment and systems are properly qualified and maintained to meet regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the highest level of product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to production staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure that our operations remain compliant.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a technical field such as engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical leadership role in a pharmaceutical company.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and implementing process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
