IT Auditor for Banking Operations

As an integral part of the auditing team, you will:
- Engage in audits of institutions within the financial sector, focusing on credit organizations and third-party IT service providers, both domestically and internationally.
- Assess the effectiveness and suitability of IT risk management practices and processes in accordance with relevant regulatory standards, particularly DORA.
- Develop expertise in areas such as IT security (including network security, cryptography, vulnerability management, and penetration testing), application development (covering design, programming, building, testing, and deployment), as well as IT governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Conduct thorough analyses of corporate documentation and third-party IT service providers at both national and European levels, perform interviews with personnel, and compile audit reports in either German or English.
- Present audit results to internal stakeholders and the institutions being audited.
- Possess a Master's degree or equivalent qualification in (Business) Informatics with exceptional academic performance.
- Have prior experience in IT security, which is considered advantageous.
- Demonstrate a strong capacity to comprehend and evaluate intricate processes.
- Exhibit a confident and assertive demeanor, showcasing independence alongside strong collaborative skills.
- Possess excellent proficiency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be prepared for extensive travel to participate in audits across various locations, both nationally and internationally.
