About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Institutional Sales Representative to join our team at Solactive AG. As a key member of our Institutional Sales Team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Collaborate with our product development team to create innovative index solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven sales experience in the financial industry, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
