About the Role
DataGuard is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and researching new business opportunities, validating existing prospects, and collaborating with the Sales team to drive a steady sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities and align them with DataGuard's ideal customer profiles.
- Validate existing prospect accounts to assess their potential to become DataGuard customers and continually enhance your understanding of our product suite.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure streamlined prospecting and targeted outreach to key accounts.
- Manage internal reporting and data accuracy in Salesforce.
- Optimize workflows across DataOps and Sales functions through Salesforce and Outreach.
- Develop and implement new initiatives within Sales Operations to efficiently qualify accounts and reduce manual effort.
About You
We are looking for a student or graduate in economics, business, informatics, or a relevant field of study who is analytical, has a clear head, and a strong will to go above and beyond. Sales experience is a plus, and an interest in Tech/SaaS/B2B is a must.
