Aufgaben

Als Junior Sales Operations Specialist unterstützt du bei der Betreuung unserer Kunden in den Bereichen:

  • Betreuung der Kunden im Lizenzprozess und Unterstützung bei der Verlängerung von Budgets und Lizenzen in Absprache mit Kunden und dem Finance-Team.
  • Erstellung und Abstimmung von Angeboten mit Kunden, dem Finance-Team und den Consultants/ProjektmanagerInnen.
  • Unterstützung bei allen laufenden Kundenprojekten als wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Kundenbetreuungsteams.
  • Aktives Upselling unserer Dienstleistungen durch Verständnis der individuellen Bedürfnisse der Kunden und Information über neue Produkte.
  • Erster Kontakt mit potenziellen Neukunden und Koordination von internen Ansprechpartnern (Consultants und das Finance-Team).
  • Organisation von Terminen mit internen Kollegen und unseren Kunden.
  • Teilnahme an Kundenterminen, Erstellung von Meeting-Notes, Leitung von Aufgaben aus den Terminen und Beitrag zum erfolgreichen Umsetzen der Kundenprojekte.
Qualifikationen

Um erfolgreich in dieser Rolle zu sein, benötigst du:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (egal welcher Fachrichtung) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung als Projektassistenz, im Projektmanagement oder im PreSales/Sales-Bereich.
  • Eine verlässliche und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise mit einem Auge für Details.
  • Eine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein kundenfreundliches Auftreten.
  • Eine Organisationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, den Überblick zu behalten.
  • Teamfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
