Director of Global Support Operations

Role Overview: As the Director of Global Support Operations, you will be instrumental in overseeing Amazon's contract execution, data management, deal implementation, and partner onboarding processes across our EU and UK markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the contract execution pipeline and ensure all contracts are digitally filed and maintained.
- Collaborate closely with Legal and Content Acquisition teams, serving as a subject matter expert on deal implementation.
- Act as a gatekeeper to guarantee that data is precise and actionable, ensuring adherence to established standards.
- Create and analyze reports for business and content operations, focusing on rights management and critical financial terms.
- Drive the validation and maintenance of Amazon's contract data, ensuring accuracy of deal terms and royalty data at period close.
- Plan and execute data cleanup initiatives, conduct ad hoc research, and address inquiries and trouble tickets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IP licensing, contract processing, and rights management.
- Proven data entry experience with a demonstrated high level of accuracy.
- Experience in planning and executing data cleanup projects.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Business fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Functional proficiency in Outlook, Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Collaboration: Demonstrated success in working with a global group of stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of results.
Additional Skills:
- Business fluency in German, both written and spoken.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and SQL.
- Proficiency in French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
- A passion for reading and consuming various forms of online media, including books, websites, blogs, and other digital content sources.
