Director of Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Manufacturing Operations to join our team at Nipro Medical EMEA. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations at our manufacturing sites in Germany and Spain.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic management of production sites in Spain and Germany, working closely with plant managers and the management team.
- Control, organization, and planning of all production and supply chain activities.
- Ensuring efficient and stable production through pragmatic solutions and strategic future planning in line with sales and customer requirements.
- Managing profit and loss accounts and investments of the production sites.
- Harmonization of quality management systems.
- Employee management and motivation, as well as identifying and planning necessary personnel development measures.
- Introduction and further development of a new ERP system.
- University degree in technical studies or industrial engineering, ideally specializing in production technology or mechanical engineering.
- Several years of professional experience with management experience in production management/manufacturing.
- Experience in the field of medical products or medical devices is essential.
- Familiar with lean management methodology.
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality.
- Very good knowledge of German, business fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish as an additional foreign language is an advantage.
