Director of Manufacturing Operations (m/w/d)
Als Director of Manufacturing Operations (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich, die Produktionsabläufe in den Produktionsstandorten der Sparte Nipro Medical Europe in Deutschland und Spanien zu überwachen, damit Fertigungsprozesse reibungslos, effizient und budgetgerecht ablaufen. Weiter gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben auch die Festlegung von Plänen für die Standardisierung von Prozessen und der Ausbau der Produktionskapazitäten, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Produktionsbetriebe die wachsende Nachfrage unserer Kunden befriedigen können.
- Strategische Führung der Produktionsstandorte in Spanien und Deutschland in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Werksleitungen und dem Management Team
- Steuerung, Organisation und Planung der gesamten Produktions- sowie Supply Chain Aktivitäten
- Sicherung einer effizienten und stabilen Produktion durch pragmatische Lösungen im Alltag und strategische Zukunftsplanung im Einklang mit dem Vertrieb und den Kundenanforderungen
- Management der der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen sowie der Investments der Produktionsstandorte
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Synergien zwischen den Standorten
- Harmonisierung der Qualitätsmanagementsysteme übergreifend
- Mitarbeiterführung und Mitarbeitermotivation sowie Identifizierung und Planung der erforderlichen Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
- Einführung und Weiterentwicklung eines neuen ERP-Systems
- Sicherstellung und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Rahmenbedingungen
- Mitglied des NME-Management-Teams
- Abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung (technisches Studium/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, idealerweise Fachrichtung Produktionstechnik oder Maschinenbau)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Führungserfahrung in der Produktionsleitung/Fertigung
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Medizinprodukte oder Medizingeräte
- Vertraut mit Lean Management Methodik
- Vertraut mit gängigen Normen (ISO 13485, ISO14001, MDR)
- Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-On-Mentalität
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Spanisch als weitere Fremdsprache ist von Vorteil
- Hohe Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft, inklusive Bereitschaft zu nationaler und internationaler Reisetätigkeit
- Mitglied im EMEA Senior Management Team mit direkter Berichterstattung an den EMEA CEO
- Führung von 3 Werken an 3 verschiedenen Standorten in Deutschland und Spanien
