Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualization of innovative products and advanced technologies
  • Creation of new product lines adhering to applicable regulations and industry standards

  • Compilation and delivery of project updates at various organizational levels

  • Coordination with various departments such as marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, and regulatory compliance
  • Assisting the broader organization in the upkeep and revision of documentation in line with relevant standards
  • Guaranteeing product adherence to all pertinent regulations and guidelines
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in natural sciences or engineering (e.g., medical technology, polymer engineering) with a specialization in polymers and related manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in the design and manipulation of polymer materials, including extrusion and injection molding techniques
  • Background in collaborative project work and/or project leadership
  • Experience in the wound care sector and medical device industry
  • Familiarity with medical device regulations and associated areas (e.g., application processes, design control, biocompatibility, clinical assessments, risk management, sterilization, CE marking, FDA compliance, etc.)
  • Proficient in both English and German
