Department: Purchasing & Supplier Quality (MP)

Location: Mercedes-Benz Werk Sindelfingen

Key Responsibilities:

  • Award and Committee Management: Assist in coordinating and managing award scopes for new product initiatives with significant purchasing volumes, from initiation to presentation.
  • Contribute to the organizational and content-related preparation of awarding committees, collaborating with specialized purchasing and series management.
  • Participate in creating presentation materials for management and assist in evaluations.

Collaboration:

  • Take on responsibility for sub-projects and diverse tasks that significantly impact the organization.
  • Support the preparation of cooperation agreements and the implementation of various cooperation projects.
  • Gain insights by participating in internal and external cooperation committees at the management level.
  • Enhance cooperation standards and provide advisory support for projects.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing team workshops and contribute to various projects beyond daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, engineering, or economics.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Demonstrates initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Possesses analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, with the capacity to work independently.
