Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Commodity Leader to join our team at Advantest Europe GmbH. As a key member of our global procurement organization, you will be responsible for leading global teams to develop and execute strategic sourcing and supply chain initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global sourcing strategies to ensure delivery of bottom-line results
  • Lead global teams to identify and close gaps and development needs in the global supply base
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to commodity team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (preferable in Electronics)
  • 5+ years of demonstrated global commodity management experience in the semiconductor or related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing global sourcing strategies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
