Department Insights

The Purchasing & Supplier Quality department is integral to the operational success of the company, overseeing the procurement of production materials and ensuring supplier quality. This department manages a substantial annual purchasing volume, contributing significantly to the organization’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass various responsibilities, including:

Award and Committee Management:
  • Support the coordination and management of award scopes for new product initiatives with considerable purchasing volume.
  • Contribute to the organizational and content-related preparation of awarding committees, collaborating with specialist purchasing and series management.
  • Assist in the creation of presentation materials for management and in the preparation of evaluations.
Cooperation:
  • Take on responsibility for sub-projects and engage in tasks that have a significant impact on the organization.
  • Assist in the preparation of cooperation agreements and support the execution of cooperation projects, managing subtasks independently.
  • Gain insights through participation in internal and external cooperation committees at management level.
  • Promote and enhance cooperation standards while providing advisory support for projects.
Overarching Contributions:
  • Support the planning and execution of team workshops and contribute to additional projects beyond daily operations.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, engineering, or economics.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Demonstrates initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Possesses a high level of commitment and assertiveness.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, with the capacity to work independently.
