Strategic Sourcing Analyst

Key Responsibilities

As a BUSINESS ANALYST, your role will involve supporting RFI/FRQ/SPOT processes.

  • Oversee customer project data: preparation, cleansing, plausibility checks, and clarifications with clients.
  • Define RFI/RFQ structures (columns, content, guidelines).
  • Set up and test our proprietary e-sourcing platform, u-tender.
  • Facilitate communication with clients.
  • Document data and processes.
  • Conduct supplier searches and provide support via phone and email.
  • Analyze feasible scenarios.
  • Manage awarding and communication processes.
  • Monitor, control, and provide spot updates throughout the year.
  • Generate internal and external reports.
  • Establish cross-functional partnerships both internally and externally.
  • Manage client requirements and assist in their development.
  • Maintain up-to-date market knowledge.
  • Ensure the maintenance of the e-sourcing solution.
Qualifications

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING IS MOTIVATION

  • Entry-level position with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient skills in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.).
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Knowledge of German is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with a commitment to personal excellence.
  • Experience in procurement and/or supply chain (supplier or industry).
  • Results-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
  • High level of customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in line with company standards.
  • Highly motivated, innovative, and creative mindset.
