Purchasing Data Analyst

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Analyst, your role will encompass supporting RFI/FRQ/SPOT processes.
- Oversee customer project data: preparation, cleansing, plausibility verification, and clarification with clients.
- Define the structure for RFI/RFQ (columns, content, and guidelines).
- Set up and conduct testing in our proprietary e-sourcing platform, u-tender.
- Facilitate communication with clients.
- Document data and processes thoroughly.
- Conduct supplier searches and provide support via phone and email.
- Analyze feasible scenarios.
- Manage awarding processes and communication.
- Monitor, control, and provide updates throughout the year.
- Generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster cross-functional partnerships, both internally and externally.
- Address customer requirements and assist in their development.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market competitiveness.
- Ensure the maintenance of the e-sourcing solution.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING IS MOTIVATION
- Entry-level candidate with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient skills in MS Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables, vlookup, etc.).
- Fluency in English is required.
- Knowledge of German is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a commitment to excellence.
- Experience in procurement and/or supply chain (supplier or industry).
- Results-oriented with a meticulous approach to work.
- High level of customer service orientation.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Highly motivated, innovative, and creative.
