Position Overview

This pivotal role, based in our European operations, will report directly to the Director of Business Strategy, Operations & Planning for Europe & International Markets, focusing on the C2C Initiative. This high-visibility position will implement strategic initiatives, business plans, and daily operations that drive significant organizational change, fostering a customer-centric culture that collaborates to enhance enterprise value.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to act as a strategic ally to the C2C Initiative, encompassing initiatives, annual planning, and daily/weekly/monthly operational activities.
  • Lead cross-portfolio projects aimed at addressing the organization’s strategic challenges and initiatives, including the development and dissemination of project plans, timelines, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Oversee regular business operations for the portfolio, defining relevant measurement methodologies and tracking progress against established goals in partnership with Finance and Analytics teams through consistent reporting cycles.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to produce executive-level outputs in various formats, including presentations for senior leadership and board meetings.

About You

  • Proven experience in planning and execution, successfully guiding projects from conception to full implementation within a large, complex organization. A background in consulting or strategy is preferred.
  • Results-driven with a strong track record in managing metrics that impact business performance, employing an analytical mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a talent for influencing and collaborating across teams.
  • Capability to clearly articulate the vision and purpose of initiatives and programs in relation to long-term objectives.
  • Experience in project and program management, with a focus on delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in written form and presentations, with the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with individuals at all levels.
  • Adept at identifying challenges and obstacles, effectively collaborating with partners to devise solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (modeling, pivot tables, advanced functions, statistics) and PowerPoint, with the ability to convey a compelling narrative across various levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, thriving on efficiency and problem-solving.
  • Passionate about maintaining attention to detail.
  • Comfortable and hands-on with data, analytics, and modeling.
  • Willingness to engage in all functions, from administrative tasks to leading change initiatives.
  • Solid project management skills, having successfully managed and delivered multiple complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Highly inclusive, capable of building relationships across diverse countries and levels.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce or marketplaces is advantageous.
