We are looking for a Senior Manager - Partnership Insights & Growth to become a vital part of the eBay Partner Network's (EPN) global team. In this position, you will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and driving global strategic initiatives across Product Listings Ads (PLA), while addressing business needs and priorities across various regions and markets.

Your responsibilities will include forming hypotheses, conducting and overseeing analyses, and articulating strategic options and plans for our global PLA partners. You will collaborate with account managers, country leads, product teams, partner success managers, and other key stakeholders to translate business needs into innovative strategies. Additionally, you will conduct industry and market research to identify unmet PLA market trends and proactively develop strategies in response to these insights. You will also assist in identifying and onboarding new global partners into the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic execution plan, ensuring alignment with original objectives and managing change controls.
  • Address PLA strategic challenges and develop frameworks and models to support well-founded recommendations.
  • Analyze partner capabilities and proactively identify opportunities for future optimization.
  • Monitor developments in the PLA space and stay updated on the evolving offerings of the portfolio.
  • Provide expertise in PLA offerings and propositions across markets for account management teams, product teams, and other internal partners.
  • Support the eBay ePN Partnerships team in sourcing, developing, implementing, and executing the eBay Partner Affiliate Network.
  • Oversee and manage the annual budget for global PLA activities.
  • Manage key partner relationships to ensure eBay's presence is optimized across partner properties and reaches the right audience.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data and tracking progress.
  • Collaborate closely with local marketing and finance teams to ensure business requirements and priorities are prioritized.
  • Provide insights and training to the ePN partner management team to ensure a 'best in class' approach to PLA opportunities.
  • Work in sync with the Paid Search marketing team to ensure alignment across key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the wider analytics and product teams on various subprojects to enhance ePN and its offerings to partners.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Google PLA product landscape and Bing catalogue process is essential.
  • Experience with direct P&L responsibilities overseeing a marketing channel is preferred; familiarity with variable spend budgets is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience leading a team of account managers to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of internet marketing and promotional methods, including PPC, SEO, Social, and Loyalty.
  • Strong existing relationships within the digital and performance marketing industry.
  • Ability to multitask and execute plans effectively; detail-oriented with a track record of achieving ambitious goals in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly as required.
  • Experience in budget management and direct P&L responsibilities is preferred.
