We're seeking a Senior Manager - Partnership Insights & Growth to join our eBay Partner Network's (EPN) global team. In this role, you'll drive strategic development across Product Listings Ads (PLA) and support business needs and priorities across key regions and markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global strategic plans for PLA, aligning with business objectives and priorities.
- Formulate hypotheses, conduct analysis, and articulate strategic options and plans for global PLA partners.
- Collaborate with account managers, country leads, product teams, and other key partners to translate business needs into creative strategies.
- Drive industry and market research to identify unmet PLA market trends and develop proactive strategies.
- Identify and onboard new global partners into the program.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading a team to achieve bold goals in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Google PLA product landscape and Bing catalogue process.
- Direct P&L responsibilities overseeing a marketing channel, with experience in variable spend budget.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Strong existing partner relationships within the digital and performance marketing industry.
- Ability to multitask, execute plans, and hit ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for regular travel throughout Europe.
