We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our eBay Partner Network's (EPN) global team. As a Senior Manager - Partnership Insights & Growth, you will play a critical role in creating, optimizing, and driving global strategic development across the Product Listings Ads (PLA) platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute global strategic plans to drive PLA growth and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, country leads, product teams, and partner success managers to identify business needs and priorities
- Conduct analysis and develop strategic options to drive PLA growth and revenue
- Drive industry and market research to identify unmet PLA market trends and develop proactive strategies
- Identify and onboard new global partners into the PLA program
- Proven experience in leading a team of account managers to hit bold goals in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong understanding of internet marketing and promotional methods, including PPC, SEO, Social, Loyalty, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and execute plans in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for regular travel throughout Europe
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Direct P&L responsibilities overseeing a marketing channel preferred; experience with variable spend budget a plus
- Excellence in Google PLA product landscape and in-depth knowledge of Bing catalogue process is required
