Senior Sales Executive – Health Care
- Accountable for acquiring and expanding significant Health Care clientele, including hospitals and procurement organizations across Central Europe.
- Dedicated focus on Health Care clientele to facilitate Pagero's global growth.
- Enthusiastic about business development and thriving in a dynamic international setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategy for Accounts Payable/Receivable automation, eInvoicing compliance, and Health Care applications at major Health Care clients.
- Sales of sophisticated healthcare market solutions and services.
- Assist healthcare partners in enhancing supply chain efficiency and data integrity.
- Work collaboratively with team members to strategize and execute sales initiatives.
- Identify and spearhead business prospects within the regional market.
- Surpass annual sales objectives while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Partner with marketing to cultivate new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales quotes and manage sales proposals.
- Foster relationships with clients, offering support and expert guidance.
- Stay informed on industry developments and product advancements.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales.
- Proven track record with large/global accounts and strategic alliances.
- Organized, self-sufficient, and innovative work style.
- Understanding of hospital supply chain dynamics and healthcare logistics.
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to expand business in a global context.
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in eInvoicing and tax compliance.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Procurement Automation solutions.
- Specialized knowledge in the healthcare and hospital industry.
