We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide sales support and guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure successful sales outcomes
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales of complex enterprise software, preferably with finance, treasury, GRC, and order-to-cash SaaS solutions
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of business application software and its value proposition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
