Through our comprehensive twelve-month trainee program, we will collaboratively prepare you for a promising career in technical sales within the Smart Infrastructure division. You may begin in service promotion within Electrification & Automation or explore roles in contract management or project execution. Anticipate a steep learning curve through engaging assignments. From day one, you will be integrated into the team, working together to ensure that the latest innovations and cutting-edge technologies in our service portfolio for energy supply and distribution are effectively aligned with customer requirements - always present where our customers need us. Your contributions will be invaluable.

What we provide

  • Permanent employment: We offer a permanent employment contract from the outset, with the opportunity to transition into a significant role in Technical Sales, Contract Management, or Project Execution within Siemens AG at various locations in Germany after completing the trainee program.
  • Customized trainee experience: Engage in a personalized 12-month trainee program where you will play a crucial role in various projects. You will have the chance to work at different locations, enhancing your network and deepening your expertise in technical sales.
  • Varied experiences: Collaborate with us to devise sales strategies for diverse products and solutions tailored to various customer segments and sales channels. From the very beginning, you will assist in acquisition, proposal development, and order processing, following projects through to completion.
  • Diverse customer interactions: Utilize your knowledge of processes and products to conduct customer visits and presentations, participate in trade shows, and gain firsthand experience of the unique aspects of construction sites.
  • Digital and IoT initiatives: Contribute to the further digitalization of our processes. Learn how we support renewable energy operators with our IoT-SaaS offering, Electrification X, and understand the critical role of cybersecurity in these solutions.
  • Mentorship and ongoing development: From the start, you will receive personalized mentorship and continuous support through a high-quality training program to help realize your aspirations and shape your future. Build a personal network at national conferences.
