Technical Sales Specialist

Position Summary
We are in search of a motivated and skilled professional to take on the role of Technical Sales Specialist / Network Solutions Engineer in Berlin. This full-time, hybrid position requires an individual who can provide outstanding technical assistance and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in articulating the technical advantages of our offerings to prospective clients while also delivering extensive support to our existing clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customized solutions for clients, tailored to their unique needs and evaluations.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and strengthen the sales pipeline.
- Engage in meetings and prepare comprehensive reports thereafter.
- Develop and present Proof of Concept that aligns with client specifications.
- Create and manage Bills of Material/Quantities for various projects.
- Draft customized proposals for tenders and specific client requests.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are not only met but exceeded.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Certifications in Cisco, Aruba, or other prominent networking technologies are highly valued.
Experience, Skills, and Competencies
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Engineering, Network Engineering, or comparable roles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to clearly convey complex technical ideas to a varied audience.
- Thorough understanding of LAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, and Cybersecurity technologies.
- A customer-focused mindset, with a proven history of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-driven and proactive, able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel as necessary within the D-A-CH region.
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
- A commitment to continuous learning, always eager to adopt new technologies and skills.
