Business Process Manager

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Process Manager, der unsere Organisation bei der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen unterstützt.
Aufgaben- Überprüfung der Hensoldt E2E Konzeptionsmethodik in Bezug auf Business Value
- Aufbau eines neuen E2E Business Systems
- Aufbau und Integration einer Prozessdokumentationsschnittstelle zwischen bestehendem BPM und neuem BPM-System
- Optimierung der Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Global Process Owner und weiteren Verantwortlichen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und vertraglicher Anforderungen in den Prozessen
- Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Qualität der gesamten BMS-Prozesse und der zugehörigen Dokumentation
- Durchführung von Geschäftsprozessmanagement-Workshops
- Mitwirkung Change Management
- Sie besitzen ein abgeschlossenen Bachelor-Studiengang im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Bereich Business Process Management Transformation (S/4 HANA) und in SAP Transformationsprojekten, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in der Migration nach S/4HANA
- Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Anwendung von Business Management Prozessen und Systemen
- Sie sind mit Kenntnissen in BPMN-Modellierung, Process Mining und SAP S/4 HANA Plattform bzw. SAP Modulen vertraut
- Zudem besitzen Sie fundierte Kenntnisse in BIC oder SIGNAVIO, Celonis oder einem anderen BMS-Tool
- Ihre Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher
