Responsibilities

Job Overview

As our customer support coordinator, you will play a vital role in the success of Eventix and our German clientele. Your mission is to provide comprehensive answers to inquiries and support a variety of event organizers, both large and small, as well as public organizations.

At Eventix, we strive to stay ahead of the curve, and it will be your responsibility to understand our customers and their needs through exceptional and proactive customer management.

Additionally, your contributions to our marketing and communications department will add dynamism to your role, ensuring that no two days are the same.

Qualifications

Your Profile...

  • Native German speaker;
  • Entry-level professional with 1 – 3 years of experience;
  • Experience in customer service;
  • Background in marketing communications;
  • Located in North Rhine-Westphalia;
  • Fluent in English.

Procedure
