Job Title: Customer Support Analyst

Position Overview:
The Customer Support Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing the Aftermarket Customer Experience. This includes managing warranty and program administration, providing parts sales support, and overseeing account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage a diverse portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring prompt support and resolution of issues.
- Assist customers in acquiring necessary parts, working closely with supply chain and other departments to eliminate obstacles in fulfilling customer needs.
- Administer warranty and programs, including managing claims and negotiating resolutions in line with Textron Aviation policies and customer service goals.
- Drive process enhancements that increase efficiency and deliver added value to customers, evaluating the most cost-effective methods for fulfilling requests.
- Engage with various organizational capabilities to enrich the overall customer experience.
- Perform standard and ad-hoc reporting and analysis, along with other relevant tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with a diverse audience of customers, both internal and external, while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Coordinate and execute all necessary activities to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- In lieu of a degree, a combination of education and at least 5 years of relevant work experience in areas such as Airframe & Powerplant Certificates, Civil or Military Aviation, direct customer interaction, or contract administration will be considered.
- A minimum of 2 years of customer support experience is required, preferably within the aviation sector.
