We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and organizational skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and organizing language travel programs
  • Communicating with EF schools, employees, and external customers worldwide
  • Responding to and resolving customer inquiries
  • Performing general administrative tasks, such as processing booking documents
  • Providing customer support before departure
