Rethink Recruitment is partnering with a leading global law firm to find a talented and driven Business Development and Marketing Manager for their Frankfurt office.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a prestigious legal practice within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Strategy: Identify and develop targeted client acquisition strategies, encompassing go-to-market plans for identified opportunities.
  • Content Creation & Pitch Development: Lead the creation of compelling pitches, RFP responses, and marketing materials that showcase the firm's expertise and capabilities.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Directory Management & Rankings: Oversee submissions for legal directories and rankings, ensuring accurate representation of the firm's practice areas and achievements.
  • Events & Networking: Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute successful client-facing events, including targeted outreach, event logistics, and follow-up activities.
  • Internal Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Build strong relationships with marketing colleagues across the firm, fostering cross-practice initiatives and knowledge sharing.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in business development or marketing within a law firm, professional services organization, or consultancy.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
