Customer Success Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at AVOMIND. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing the retention of existing customers and partnering with them to ensure they are maximizing the use of our software and/or consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships and ensure timely renewal of contracts
- Partner with customers to identify their needs and provide value-added solutions
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing Teams to promote our brand and products
- Monitor customer contract renewal dates and update account management activities
- Address customer concerns and strive for timely resolutions
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing, target-based role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong rapport and trust with customers
- Quick and effective learner with ability to adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment
- IT literacy with prior experience in using the Microsoft suite of programs
