About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at AVOMIND. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing the retention of existing customers and partnering with them to ensure they are maximizing the use of our software and/or consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure timely renewal of contracts
  • Partner with customers to identify their needs and provide value-added solutions
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing Teams to promote our brand and products
  • Monitor customer contract renewal dates and update account management activities
  • Address customer concerns and strive for timely resolutions
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing, target-based role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong rapport and trust with customers
  • Quick and effective learner with ability to adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • IT literacy with prior experience in using the Microsoft suite of programs
