Explore the Role

We are seeking an Associate Partner – Customer Success to join our MarTech Business team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hospitality products and the industry as a whole.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional support to clients to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Take ownership of key accounts in hotel online marketing and e-commerce.
  • Develop campaign strategies for price comparison sites like Trivago, Tripadvisor, and Google Hotel Ads.
  • Regularly review and optimize client marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with clients to discuss campaign success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage internal projects within Account Management.
  • Oversee your own hotel portfolio.
  • Work closely with the team to build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Contribute to customer retention, loyalty, and upsell/repeat business.
  • Participate in cross-functional conversations on new products/ideas.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing or revenue management.
  • Graduation / Post Graduation in related fields with excellent communication skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical ability to review numbers and draw conclusions.
  • Proficiency in identifying renewal & upselling opportunities.
  • Prioritize addressing customer queries promptly.
