Exploring the Role

We are seeking an Associate Partner - Customer Success to join our MarTech Business team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hospitality products and the industry as a whole. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional support to clients to improve and grow their business.
  • Providing comprehensive consulting services to key accounts in hotel online marketing and e-commerce.
  • Developing campaign strategies based on price comparison sites like Trivago, Tripadvisor, and Google Hotel Ads.
  • Regularly reviewing and optimizing clients' marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with clients to discuss campaign success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Managing internal projects within Account Management, leveraging your strengths and interests.
  • Managing your own hotel portfolio.
  • Working closely with the team to build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Helping increase customer retention, loyalty, and driving upsells or repeat business over time.
  • Participating in cross-functional conversations on new products and ideas, providing transparent feedback.
  • Developing a deep understanding of our products and processes, articulating this to customers when needed.
  • Onboarding new customers and empowering them to get the most out of our product range.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing or revenue management, with extensive experience in account management/customer success management.
  • Graduation or Post-Graduation in related fields, with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS/B2B product offerings.
  • Expertise in understanding market dynamics and travel/hospitality industry trends.
  • Good understanding of client servicing strategies.
  • Understanding of escalation handling procedures.

  • Strong analytical ability to review numbers and draw conclusions about past and future trends.
  • Proficiency in identifying renewal and upselling opportunities.
