About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at AVOMIND. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing the retention of existing customers and partnering with them to ensure they are maximizing the use of our software and consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Develop and implement customized solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support
  • Monitor customer contract renewal dates and update account management activities
  • Address customer concerns and strive for timely resolutions
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing, target-based role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong rapport and trust with customers
  • Quick and effective learner with ability to adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • IT literacy with prior experience in using the Microsoft suite of programs
