Position: Customer Success Manager - DACH Region

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in building and nurturing relationships with our B2B customers, including installers and distribution partners within the DACH region. Your primary focus will be on driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with our technical team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
  • Provide comprehensive product and technical support to customers, resolving inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Proactively identify and pursue potential sales leads within your assigned territory.
  • Organize and deliver training programs to educate customers on our products and services.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure a cohesive customer journey.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a customer success or account management role within the energy, construction, or technical industries.
  • A strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and PV inverter technology.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
