We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Kurschildgen GmbH Hebezeugebau. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving our sales and marketing efforts to the next level. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our market presence, nurturing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement national and international sales strategies, including the expansion of our inbound sales activities and the introduction of new sales channels in both our internal and external sales teams.
- Lead and develop our sales team, including the recruitment of new team members.
- Optimize our sales processes to increase the speed and capacity of our sales team, as well as improve our conversion rates.
- Participate in the development of our product offerings and order management processes for strategic and representative purposes.
- A degree in business administration or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a leadership or design function.
- Practical experience in e-commerce sales and proficiency in digital sales tools.
- Demonstrated success in sales team leadership.
- Desirable: expertise in the field of lifting technology.
- Excellent analytical skills, strong assertiveness, and a structured, goal-oriented, and responsible work style.
- Very good German language skills in speech and writing.
